The VIP Private Lounge is the 24-hour/365 days a year, private access area of Third Street Cigar. Membership application for access must be approved by the Membership Committee.

The annual membership begins January 1, the single membership fee is $700.00 plus tax. A corporate fee is $1500.00 plus tax, (corporate lockers for a maximum of three (3) people), and a $25.00 service fee ($75.00 for corporate memberships). The fee must be paid in full upon approval of the application and covers the locker lease, assists with facilities costs and upkeep, special events, and future improvements.

The membership is non-transferable and non-refundable and automatically renews on each subsequent January 1, unless a thirty (30) day advance notice is provided by the member to Third Street Cigar of their desire to non-renew. Access to the VIP Private Lounge is effective on the date payment is received.

All Individual members will provide a current credit card to be kept on file with Third St Cigar. All credit cards will be processed on January 1 for the current membership rate and all account balances will be paid in full. All Corporate memberships will provide a credit card (either a corporate spending card or a credit card of one of the members assigned to that locker) to be kept on file with Third St Cigar. All credit cards will be processed on January 1 for the current membership rate and all account balances will be paid in full. Credit cards will also be processed to pay off any balance on July 1.

Once access to the VIP Private Lounge is effective, the store manager will issue you a locker key and electronic door pass card. Please do not share the key or pass cards with anyone else. There will be a charge of $25.00 for the replacement of lost locker keys or electronic door pass cards.

The purpose of the lockers is to store cigars you purchase from Third Street Cigar and any cigar-related accessories. The VIP Private Lounge is not legally or financially responsible for the contents of the lockers. The VIP Private Lounge retains a key to all lockers and reserves the right to access the lockers at any time necessary by policy or by law.

Appropriate social and lawful conduct is always expected from members and guests. Any inappropriate conduct may result in the revocation of access and locker lease.

All new members are subject to a six (6) month probationary period.

Cigarette smoking in the Locker Room is discouraged. Occasional guests are permitted and are the responsibility of the member. Guests are expected to follow the same rules of conduct as members. We do ask members not to abuse guest access. Guests are always welcome in the retail smoking lounge.

Third Street Cigar reserves the right to adjust the price of membership or invoke a minimum purchase requirement at any time.
